This website is owned and operated by Darin Mount. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use my website and services as offered by me. This website offers visitors to view my artwork and purchase a range of my original and printed work. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices I charge for my products are listed on the website. I reserve the right to change my prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
Refund and Returns
For any undamaged product, simply return it within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and I will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. If you decide to return an item, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Return of damaged products
Any print, drawing or papercut (item) that is damaged will be replaced after it has been returned to me. Please contact me at contact@darinmount.com if an item arrives damaged. It is helpful to take a photograph of the unopened packaging if it shows signs of damage when it is delivered to you. If the item is deemed damaged, a replacement will be sent or a refund offered. If the item is deemed damaged upon inspection, the replacement item will be sent with free shipping.
Right to change and modify Terms
I reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at my sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically.
Shipping Information
Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. Any shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is usually available for prints sent within the United Kingdom and this will be confirmed at checkout.
International orders
You are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the item at customs, these charges are controlled by your country, and I have no way to mitigate these. Items are sent using Royal Mail or ParcelForce.
