Louis-François Roubiliac’s statue of Isaac Newton stands high above the two lovers. The romantic couple are connected by a mobile device, enjoying an intimate moment - sharing a favourite love song? Or maybe just watching another forgettable YouTube video that’s gone viral for the week. Behind Newton, the engraved wall by David Kindersley is dedicated to the 384 Trinity men who died in the Second World War. The full latin inscription reads PRO MURO ERANT NOBIS TAM IN NOCTE QUAM IN DIE …They were a wall unto us both by night and day.

This image for the Giclee print was taken from a 600dpi scan of the original papercut, after which a vibrant Pop Art colour scheme was added to create a stylish series of contemporary prints.

Each print is supplied rolled in acid free paper and will be posted in a sturdy cardboard tube. The print will fit perfectly in a standard A2, A3 or A4 frame. The print is surrounded by a narrow white border, allowing for it to be easily framed without the need for it to be mounted.
